Use cases

Automation that begins with the work, not the tool.

Two different businesses, one shared principle: understand the recurring pressure precisely, then remove the manual work that keeps the owner stuck.

01 · Built in our own business

Selfgaia — wellness e-commerce

Selfgaia is the proof that Revolvation's founders automate their own operations first. Weekly ad-platform performance reporting was pulling attention across multiple channels, making it harder to read the whole picture and decide where marketing effort belonged.

We built reporting that brings those channels into one place, then developed data-led product and traffic diagnostics around it. The result was not another dashboard for its own sake, but a clearer operating view that reshaped where the team focused its marketing work.

02 · Solo-run service business

A home care agency in Brazil

The agency serves patients through health insurance providers and is run single-handedly by its owner. Every month, detailed patient-visit reports had to be compiled by hand across roughly 20 patients and the records of 100 care professionals.

The compilation consumed around a week each month. The owner was turning away new patients rather than hiring administrative staff simply to keep the reporting burden under control.

We designed an automated reporting and compilation flow for exactly this process. It removes the manual monthly crunch and gives the owner room to accept more patients without making administration the price of growth.
