Why we exist

We automated our own business before we asked to touch yours.

Revolvation grew from the conviction that automation should be practiced as a craft: grounded in a real operating problem, designed with care, and improved through use — not assembled as one-off tinkering.

We build automation for small and medium-sized businesses to make their workflows more efficient — saving people's time and resources so our customers get more time for themselves, room to grow the business, and space to raise the quality of their work.

Our approach

The Revolvation Diagnostic

Before we recommend a tool or build a flow, we read the business in four deliberate steps.

01

Situation

See how the business operates today, who does the work, and where time is going.

02

Problem

Find the recurring friction beneath the busywork — not merely the loudest symptom.

03

Impact

Understand what that friction costs in missed work, delayed growth, and personal time.

04

First move

Choose the automation that creates meaningful relief without making the business brittle.

Founders

The people behind the method

CEO

Argo Leetmaa

Argo brings a background spanning Navy operations, international business across the Nordics and Scandinavia, and leadership roles in IT security, storage and backup/recovery solutions, and networking sales. He’s worked across banking, team management, compliance, and risk management, with training in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. That mix of practical experience, discipline, and a systems mindset shapes how he runs Revolvation’s business side: structuring client engagements, managing risk, and building a team that gets sharper under pressure.

CTO

Patricia Poker

Patricia is the hands-on builder behind Revolvation. Her 16 years in global IT companies span security, logistics software, customer management, analysis, and UX design — experience analyzing, designing, and mapping processes across multinational organizations. She later founded Selfgaia, a wellness e-commerce company she scaled while leading its marketing, analytics, and growth, and that blend of design craft and operating experience now shapes how she designs and implements automations: close to the work, grounded in the data, and built for the way a business actually runs.
